Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Physiq → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
In the Physiq app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your scans, measurements, and profile within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Physiq's photo-based estimates have an error margin similar to handheld bioelectrical impedance scales. They're most useful as a trend over time rather than a single absolute measurement. For clinical accuracy, consult a DEXA scan.
Scan quality depends on lighting, pose, distance from the camera, and clothing. Use even lighting, stand 6–8 feet from your phone, wear form-fitting clothes, and follow the on-screen positioning guide. Inconsistent conditions between scans are the #1 cause of unrealistic week-to-week changes.
All subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Physiq does not process refunds directly.
Email us at stimtroop@gmail.com from the address on your Physiq account, and we'll send you a complete export within 14 days.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Physiq is currently iOS-only. An Android version is on our roadmap — email us if you'd like to be notified at launch.
