By creating an account or using the Physiq application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Physiq provides AI-powered body composition analysis through photo-based scans, personalized coaching content, progress tracking, and related fitness features. The App is intended for personal informational and motivational use only.
Physiq is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Scan results, body fat estimates, posture assessments, and coach responses are informational only. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before making decisions about diet, exercise, or medical conditions. Do not use Physiq to diagnose or treat any condition, including eating disorders.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Physiq. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Physiq Pro is offered on a recurring subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
You retain ownership of photos and data you submit. By submitting scans, you grant Physiq a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service: generating your analysis, training improvements where you have opted in, and displaying your progress back to you.
You agree not to: submit photos of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent; submit content that is illegal, harassing, or violates third-party rights; reverse-engineer the scan models; or resell or redistribute coaching content.
All App content, software, models, and branding are owned by Physiq or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Body composition estimates carry inherent error margins and should be interpreted as trends, not absolute measurements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury resulting from exercises or dietary changes informed by the App.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
